I've been a coin collector (numismatist) for about 35 years. Coin collecting has afforded me great pleasure over the years. It really doesn't matter whether you grade coins by the Official ANA Grading Standards, Photograde, Brown & Dunn, or the Professional Grading Services. All coins will be graded to conform with the most important grading standards of all, YOURS! We grade our coins as if we were BUYING them, not selling them (which is what everyone else should, but does not do). Luckily, vision is one of our greater assets. And we're as honest as the day is long. We believe the small collector should get the same quality and service they pay for as the big collector. That's where I started, as a kid, and perhaps that's why we feel the way we do. We will grade all coins that we sell as honestly as humanly possible, and if the customer doesn't agree with us, they will always have a return privilege. They will have a full refund by return mail, no questions asked. However, we honestly hope this never happens, because we will have lost a potential future customer, which will do us no good in the long run. We don't expect anything but fairness and honesty when we purchase a coin, so why should we feel any different selling one?
